there is no BS170 in the circuit.

True brother has been installed alternative 2n7000 next to the MOSFET also used mosfate irf840 instead of itf740

Why there is no help from your side

Your fet driver circuit is not working. Firstly you must solve this porblem. You must measure 300-400 Hz frequency on coil connector without coil. You can use schema for examine and see the problem of your circuit.
