Hello ,

I've finished my DeltaPulse and it works !!!  :D :D :D Thanks Karadağ, erolunall, for your unvaluable help. I'll post test results next week, now I need to tune my DeltaPulse outside of my home, there are a lot of interferences inside of the house so I must test it in the field.

While trying to adjust the LCD I've noticed that the 4k7 potentiometer is used for the contrast of the LCD, I've adjusted it and I can read everything ok, but I need to know how to adjust the battery reading (i'm using a lipo battery 11.1 V but the LCD shows 24,5 -25 V). I've tried to translate the original LCD post but I can't get a good translation, Could someone explain to me how to adjust the battery reading? .

Thanks again for your support.

All the best.

Hi,

This sound is perfect. You can use TRP3 and TRP4 for battery adjusting. And, You can use TRP3 for signal adjusting.

Best Regards.

Hi, Thanks a lot for your help  :D

Now only left to make a 11 inchs coil for my DP, 50cm is good for large objects but sometimes I use it for coins and I've seen that 11 inchs coils work better for coins and small objects. By the way, could you recommend me an initial damping resistor value for a 11 inch coil?

Thanks in advance for your help.

My best wishes.

Oooooo.. it is  looks perfectly.

What is your coil resistance?

;) Thanks, the trick to get a front panel like this is using the correct paper. I use Vynil injet printable sheets and then a transparent (clear) decal over it to protect it against dust and scratches.

I need to go to my friends house to measure the coil resistance, I've all my equipment there so I can't measure it right now. I'll post the resistance of the coil tomorrow. By the way, could you tell me the common measures for a DP 50cm coil? I've been reading some info in other forumes (Geotech) and I've seen that the coil resistance must be less than 2.4 Ohms, is it correct?.

Thanks again for the help.

All the best.  :D

Hi again,

I have measured the resistance of the 50cm coil and it gives me 3.15 ohms but checking the inductance it gives me 800 mH (I think something is wrong, because as far as I can remember should be around 300-330 mH) What is wrong?.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I'm using a resistor of 680 Ohms with the CAT6 50cm diameter coil. Could you give me the parameters for another Delta Pulse coil? Knowing the common parameters I can build another coils of diferent sizes (I need to know generic inductance, resitance...) As far I know (after checking it in another forum) the inductance must be closed to 1000 mH and the resistance must be over 2 ohms, but I'm not sure.

Thanks again for your unvaluable help.

All the best.

Hi,

Your informations about coil building are true. ;)

Best Regards.
